Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices Middlefield Swiss
  • 4 leaves of loose leaf green lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slender pickle slices
  • Radishes

Directions

  1. Spread mustard onto one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On one slice of bread, layer the ingredients in the following order: 2 leaves of lettuce, prosciutto slices, tomato, pickle and Swiss cheese.
  3. Top with a second slice of bread.
  4. Serve with radishes for a healthy, crunchy side.
