The science on dairy fats has evolved considerably since the early 2000s, yet many myths remain and are sometimes perpetuated in the media. This new article from The Washington Post (https://lnkd.in/eVz3-RY2) is a perfect example, vilifying saturated fat in dairy products despite the abundance of science that shows dairy products do not increase your LDL, and may help increase your HDL.
