Ingredients

  • 2 slices Baby Swiss
  • 4 slices pastrami
  • 2 slices dark rye bread
  • Whole grain mustard
  • 2 or 3 slices tomato
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Pickle spears

Directions

  1. Toast the slices of bread depending on preference.
  2. Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
  3. On one slice, pile the lettuce, tomato slices, pastrami and Swiss cheese in that order. Top with the other slice of bread.
  4. Serve with pickle spears.
