Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Baby Swiss
  • 1 cup half and half
  • ¼ lb. black forest ham, chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese and ham evenly in the pie shell.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pie shell.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
